"Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! I only chose this hotel in hopes of using...

"Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed."

"Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%."
