"A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying...

"the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. "
