"Every time I stay at this IHG on the outskirts of York I am greeted with warmth, professionalism and kindness. Amber was on reception, she was very professional and check in was effortless and quick. She also helped me out with a couple of queries. "This was my second stay at this hotel. I came back because I really liked it the first time, although it has changed hands since then. On arrival, our rooms were ready.
