Pro's:
- Front desk staff was very helpful when checking in.
- Nice to have Applebee's on-site and so many other dining options around the area.
- Breakfast buffet appeared to be well stocked and it's nice they include it with the cost of the room.
Cons:
- Room was in the un-renovated section of the hotel. Furniture was old, room not well cleaned (it's like they kind of forgot about the rooms out back) and we had a very large ant problem in the room (to the point where I had to throw a bunch of stuff like towels and the bathmat out in the hallway around midnight to try and get rid of them).
- Because of the construction, hallways near our room were filled with construction materials, debris, etc.
- When I mentioned the ant problem to the the front desk staff at check out, there wasn't even an acknowledgment or an apology. Since there are several hotels within the immediate area, I think I'll be choosing another hotel in the future.
