As I understand I was not off age to book a room, the manager on duty (3/26) showed no mercy even since I came from Illinois. Tammy was such a great person and with great customer service she made my experience better.

Comfortable with one issue
It was a comfortable and nice stay. The only problem was that the water in the bathroom sink was only a tiny stream.

Beautiful I loved my room, most definitely will stay here in the future. Friendly staff, clean exterior the room set up like an efficient apartment. Beautiful experience I loved my stay.

Lovely surprise
College tour trip with daughter. She picked it out while I was driving and she did good!! Our criteria was cleanliness, quality of breakfast and gym. Road a class on the Peleton in the am. Gym was clean and quiet, but no towels or cleaning spray. Breakfast was 10/10. Fresh made waffles with fresh fruit and an omelet. Patio was lovely, but too cold to enjoy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Water pressure was fine. I fell asleep within minutes and slept through the night with no issue. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was impeccable, very neat and clean. My only critique is the pillows, while soft and fluffy, they did not provide enough support for a good nights sleep, I wish there were other pillow options.

The property is in need of some upgrades. 1 elevator was done and the button on the working elevator fell through a hole.

Home away from Home
We took a little vacation to visit Colonial Williamsburg and decided to stay here at Homewood suites. Our stay truly felt like home and everyone working at this hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and quiet, plenty of space and the breakfast was a nice little free addition. We would definitely stay here again! Ps. Thank you to Karen and the concierge crew for going the extra mile and making us smile every time we walked by. We loved the cookies y’all saved us

Pros: friendly & prompt customer service; location; comfortable bed & room; affordable; decent breakfast w/ lots of quick options. Cons: 1. ground floor room w/a broken window lock (reported to desk; a window stop installed until able to repair); 2. main laundry room for hotel linens kept the door open at all times into the hallway our room was on; this was very unsightly and also very loud staff at 0700 on a Sunday morning.

It was ok. System was down when I arrived so took about an hour fifteen to check in at 1230AM, so that was a bit exhausting after flying all day. But overall it was good staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall 4*s.

My written review has to do with expedia and the false advertising displayed about the hotel. You posted hot tub and inside pool. The hotel has had neither for four years ......imagine my kids disappointment after hering that. Those amenities WAS THE ONLY reason i oicked the hotel ....its what i was looking for. I showed the staff and they were in disbelief as well since , again, no inside pool or hot tub for the past 4 yrs. THEN i have a non refundable stay because i went with the wrong company. Thanks for that , ruined the night .
