Tìm Cottage tại Yorkville

"Do not stay here. This place is dirty and poorly maintained and managed. The shower curtain had mold across the entire bottom, the kitchen shelves had crumbs in them, the carpet in the tv area had standing water, the spray they use to try to cover everything is nasty. The back door is held open with a boot string so security is out of the question. Spend $10 more and stay down the street."

"Enjoyed stay! Thanks 😊"

"The room was clean, had satisfactory amenities, and a good breakfast. There were no light blocking drapes allowing the early morning sunlight to flood the room at dawn. No extra blankets were available."

"The hotel was nice for the price we paid. The staff was so kind and helpful."

"Manny, the night clerk, was so pleasant and helpful. We stayed with our small dog, Rusty, and Manny put us in a room on the ground floor next to the side exit so we could easily get outside and walk the dog. Super comfortable room, very pet friendly."

"I didn't like that the Holiday Inn didn't even have a hotel room booked for me. The Holiday Inn claimed that this is an Expedia problem and not a Holiday Inn problem. I have tried to contact Expedia, but the virtual assistant keeps blocking me. I need to communicate with someone at Expedia to get a refund for this failure."
