"For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all ."

"Got in from a long drive and were impressed on how clean the hotel was. Staff took care of us and assisted with any needs. My family and I slept very comfortably. Definitely recommend staying there for a reasonable price"

"It’s a really good option for travelers but the A/C is not cold enough for the intense heat in El Paso, also the water in the showers is not cold at all, even on the coldest setting it’s super hot! If you enjoy cold showers, definitely not an option here😅 but it’s clean and cheap so like I said before, good enough for travelers."

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator. The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms. Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying. Will not be staying here again."

"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

"I only stayed one night to get some sleep before an early morning flight. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was immaculately clean The shower had adequate hot water and water pressure. The location in relation to the airport is unbeatable. There is free coffee available in the lobby 24/7 (at least there was when I checked in at about 8 PM and checked out at about 3:45 AM) My total bill was under $100 for the night, which is why I decided to stay there. "First the door to 232 doesn't close properly it looks like it been forced open, the sink had what looked like sewage in it, the bathroom was really dirty the floors were sticky the closet had like some sort gel on the floor the bed looked like there was a hole in the middle of it, the table is about to fall apart besides the smell of pee in the parking I would not stay here ever again"
