Khách sạn Nguyên Lăng

"Super hôtel, très bon accueil et service !"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"El personal de recepción nos guardó el equipaje sin costo, lo que nos facilitó mucho la salida. Nos gustó mucho tener enchufes al lado de la cama para cargar los teléfonos."

"A very disappointing stay and well below the standard I would expect from a Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, yet our room absolutely stank of menthol cigarettes. Even more bizarrely, there were used ashtrays sitting on each floor, which makes the “non-smoking” claim feel fairly meaningless. The bedding also did not feel as though fresh sheets had been put on the bed before our arrival, which was extremely unpleasant. The bathroom design offers virtually no privacy,...

"시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요"

"The location is great to watch the waterfall. The front desk attendant was very helpful. She arranged the a driver to take us to the railway station."

"Su atención y su amabilidad es lo mejor"

"Le bureau dans la chambre est spacieux, parfait pour organiser nos notes et nos plans de voyage. La climatisation fonctionne en silence, elle ne nous dérangeait pas pendant la nuit."

"I barely stayed in this hotel. I got in late at night, and left early morning. But the staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. for a quick trip, recommended"

"The location of Thirty One Homestay is convenient. It's about a 12-minute walk (0.8 miles) to the shuttle bus station for Tianmen Mountain Park. The staff are nice and helpful. The guest room is clean but small. There is no elevator, so if you're staying on the 3rd floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Steven, the store manager, is an interesting young businessman. He obviously enjoys literature and good conversation. There are plenty of books in the lobby, and he is a...

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location."

"We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we...

"Clean comfortable room and very nice staff."

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."

"AI control light switch is hard to use."

"A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either"
