"The background music in the hotel lobby and specifically in the breakfast room was too loud. Breakfast room was specially loud. Suggest introduction of a mandatory note to all guests to have their phones on silent mode and not have sound when watching videos on their phones, laptops, etc."

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."

"This hotel is right in the middle of Macau, which was nice. It’s a hit hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area, but once you know where it is, it’s very manageable to get to. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Personally, I think that the hotel is well located, but the windows of the hotel are not soundproof enough. There is also a construction going nearby, the hotel staff should inform the guests earlier. Noises were made throughout the night which made our stay feel very nuisance & uncomfortable."
