"This was an exceptionally clean, pet friendly, renovated hotel in the middle of downtown Whitehorse. Although I was not traveling with pets, I did not see or smell evidence of prior furry residents. "The hotel is old and in need of remodeling, but clean. There is no elevator. My room was nice and clean. One thing I noticed was as old as the carpet was, it didn't make my socks or feet black, the carpet didn't feel clammy. Despite being on a corner, the hotel was quiet. "Our stay at the lodge was great for our family. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming (early check in, playpen/crib for our toddler to sleep in, highchair provided). "This gem is located on the outskirts of Whitehorse, but close enough to be downtown within a 7 minute drive. The cabins are cozy and comfortable, with beautiful views from the large windows. The owner was awesome at checking in throughout my stay ensuring I had everything I needed! Highly recommend this place, and hope to be back soon on my next work trip! "
