"A great value for your money. The unit was clean and came with a kitchen sink, large fridge and kettle. The bathroom was basic but clean and had hot water. Bedroom had a TV but we never turned it on, only gripe in room was mattresses were the 5-6in dense foam, very common in the Philippines but way to firm for my wife’s liking.
