Khách sạn Yusang

"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."

"Overall very satisfied. Right behind the hotel, there is a walking trail by the ocean. It was quiet, safe to walk at night with locals exercising. Many areas to rest and exercise. Another great additional was the cafe within the hotel. Coffee was great!"

"Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

"There were…questionable stains on the sheets and …used condoms and cigarette butts in the room. The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly (I know there is a language barrier so that may just be part of it) but he seemed more annoyed than anything. Overall I don’t feel like this facility was as nice as advertised. We left the same night, just returned the room key and walked out…and I know I didn’t tell them why but I didn’t feel comfortable being there anymore."
