"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out.
