"We always like this hotel. Reception staff are great. Always a struggle to find it - it’s like a maze. More signage please. Great breakfast too. What we don’t like so much are the bar staff - we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking for a drink. Perhaps they would benefit from some more training."

"We always stay here whenever we go to Lourdes, the room we stayed 139 has air-conditioning but it is not cool enough. The control is at the front desk, the receptionist said she adjusted to the coolest, but it was still warm in the room. We will be there Odalys again, July 4. Hope we get a better room.
The breakfast is always good. The fruits (bananas, kiwi, pears, apples)are sweet, freshly baked pastries, just not enough veggies. To the management, check the aircon, we would like 15 or 16 c

"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good."

"Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine."
