"Grounds and gardens are beautiful. Staff in general very polite and helpful. However, rooms are old and tired - desperately need refurbishment. Restaurant service is mixed. We were a party of 8 - our alleged server kept disappearing and never came toi the table unless we asked someone to find her. ..."
