Spacious apartment in the center of Zadar

Comfortable and clean apartment in the central part of Zadar, has dedicated parking space, walking distance to the historical part of the city. Plenty bars and restaurants around, It's quite noisy from the street at night, but the windows are perfectly soundproof, so you just have to close them to get away from the ambient noise. Highly recommended staying option in Zadar.

Eden Penthouse Apartments was an absolutely delightful apartment! Large, bright, comfortable, new and fabulous location..this place has it all. We had stayed in other wonderful apartments throughout the Croatian coast but this one was even more special. My only suggestion is to provide a coffee maker, but bakeries and coffee houses are just a minute away.

A gem in Zadar

Eden Penthouse is hands down the best property I have ever rented through Hotels.com! It is beautiful and very spacious which is perfect for 2 couples sharing. It was well appointed with everything you need (except a coffee maker but there is a water kettle with tea and coffee provided). Our host Marijan was very accommodating and full of great recommendations for the area. We went to several suggested restaurants which were wonderful. The view overlooking the harbor was stunning and location super convenient- just across the pedestrian bridge was The Old Town. A free designated parking space and an elevator, both rarities, were super nice bonuses! Very highly recommended accommodation as is Zadar - one of our favorite places in Croatia so far.

Property is fully new and with wonderful view of old city Zadar with a walkway over the water to the old city. It’s on the 3rd floor (walking) with really spacious, clean and modern kitchen/living area (view) and two spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Communication was great and owners take care of guests and property.

이 숙소를 묵은 한국인이 없어 망설였지만 이용 후기가 너무 좋고 지도상 위치나 시설 상태가 좋아보이는점, 주차장이 있다는 점이 중요해서 예약했던 숙소입니다. 실제 방문해보니 숙소도 매우 크고 깨끗하고 대부분의 시설들이 잘 구비되어 있었고 건물뒤에 x 표시 되어 있는 주차자리에 지정주차하면 되어서 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소앞 뷰가 끝내주고 다리하나만 건너면 바로 구시가지라 관광지 접근성도 좋습니다. 이번 크로아티아 여행에서 가장 만족했던 숙소입니다. 추천드려요.

Wow, vilken lägenhet!

Wow! Underbar lägenhet i bästa läge! Fantastisk utsikt mot vattnet och gamla stan. Stor rymlig lägenhet med högt i tak, stora fönster och alla bekvämligheter, rent och fräscht med trevligt bemötande och bra service, de hjälpte oss att boka transfer till Flygplatsen. (OBS! Hiss och balkong det enda som ev. saknas) Nära till restauranger, butiker och gamla stan, 10-15 minuter med bil till ett jättefint köpcenter (Supernova) med mycket bra shopping. Till detta boende återvänder vi gärna :) rekommenderas varmt. :)

Spacious apartment with stunning view

Free parking on the street behind. Travelers with luggage have to consider that they don't have elevator and you have to take the luggage by yourself.

This apartment is perfectly located outside the old city and comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Everything is walkable and there was a spot to park the rental car during our stay. We look forward to returning to this property.
