Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 ...

Dimitris was extremely helpful; flexible with timing and helpful with luggage and suggestions for itinerary, taking into account weather. Rooms are very comfortable. Good temperature control. Nice and clean toilets with ample hot water.
