"The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I checked in early and was able to leave car in free parking spot. I checked it at 4am due to flight and had anodes breakfast waiting. The room was historical and up to date with nice bathroom"

"Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt (1 min vom Hauptplatz Ban Jelacic), ist es für uns perfekt."

"Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."

"Hotel is in a great location to walk to city sights. Hotel is on a one way street. On arrival there was nowhere to pull in and offload our luggage (the small space referred to by the hotel website had a car parked in it). We parked in a nearby garage and walked our cases to the hotel. The staff member on the front desk was friendly and efficient.
