"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. I have stayed here previously and had an upstairs room. We were allocated an upstairs room and I asked for a downstairs room if possible. The hotel were accommodating. We were given room 104, which was lovely but it's in the walkway and there wasn't much natural light, but it was not a big deal. The room was large with great wifi.
