Good location, unusual bathroom

Struggled to find hotel as people sitting on step outside. Just looked like part of the shops next door. Signage did not stand out. Once found - great location. The room looks nice, 3rd floor but no lift so with heavy cases this would be a struggle for some people. The curtain at the bedroom window did not open. Only one very soft pillow each on the bed. Offered no support. One chair in room, could do with another one as nowhere to sit. Ended up sitting on the floor at times. Had to ask for a hand towel as only bath towels provided. Bathroom was unusual but very nice. Everywhere clean. Did not see or recieve any information regarding spa. No information or recommendation where to get breakfast. Plenty of places around for food. Not sure how the hotel is classes as a resort or a 5 star hotel. It was a good location for a base, but hotel nothing special.

Nice place to sleep, bad to spend time in

Clean, nice and friendly place. Well situated, but because of crowdy place KRUPOWKI, please do not order during summer days, when open window with fresh air needed, rooms with windowsnor balcony directly on Krupowki street. Terrible noice up to 3 A.M. everyday.

Good to look at but no soundproofing!

The hotel was very stylish and modern, comfortable bed and warm room! We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately got next to no sleep, the reason being; there is no soundproofing between the room and the hallway, it actually sounds like we were sleeping in the hallway! Every single person stomped their way up the stairs, talking so loud even at 1am, then just to make things worst, a family had lost their room key and thought it was okay to have their kids running up and down between 12pm - 3am, ringing the reception bell (and again at 7am) even though the reception was NOT manned between 9pm-9am! It was horrendous! Unfortunately whilst this is not the hotels fault at all, the fact that there is no soundproofing was just a joke! Didn’t sleep at all, couldn’t wait to check out and leave!

Hotellet ga utrolig mye for valuta for pengene. Badet var spesielt fint og rommene var trolig nyoppusset. Personlig likte jeg ikke Zakopane men rommet var bra.

One of the best reception I've ever experienced, helped me with all the local hikes, eateries, and amenities I could ask for. She went out of her way to ensure my safety and cater to all my questions, highly recommended.

Meget bra turisthotell

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt mhp uteliv om kvelden, med mange fine spisesteder. Hotellet er pent oppusset, og rommet fremstår som moderne og komfortabelt. Selv om det skorter litt på noen detaljer, var oppholdet meget behagelig, vennlig personale.

Mooi en schoon hotel in het centrum van Zakopane. Vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven in een kamer op de 3e verdieping. Jammer dat er geen lift aanwezig is. En jammer dat het hotel geen eigen restaurant heeft. Maar voor de rest een prima hotel.

Modern mini hotel in the very downtown Zakopane. No access by car which make it a bit of a snow tracking with luggage. Very slippery floors and stairs: traumas from falling on stairs after walking in snow are guaranteed. Now we are walking all in bruises and it was a miracle not breaking any bone. No elevators and if you have any luggage there will be no one in the hotel to help with it. Additionally we were disturbed by atrocious smell of air refreshener in rooms, which would not go away. The heaters did not turn on in one room.

I didn’t like their position about 5 star hotel. This is maximum 3 stars. 1) No elevator 2) No phone in room. You can not call at reception 3) Small rooms. No place for clothes. Very small wordrobe 4) Bathrobes, slippers made from very cheap materials. Not suitable for a good hotel 5) Nobody changed bed linen 6) Very bad noise insulation 7) Music in the hall and corridor. No opportunity to relax after lunch 8) No king bed. This was 2 separate beds made like one bed. Uncomfortable to sleep on the edge of a hole between two beds 9) Bad cosmetics - cheapest, like in hostel. For a good hotel is necessary to have balsam for hair. No shower cap.

Nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel

Neues Hotel und sehr nett. Zimmer war nicht unbedingt gross aber sehr sauber. Toll war der kleine aber gemütliche Saunabereich mit finnischer und infrarot Saunen sowie der 'Salzkammer' zum entspanne. Benutzung war im Zimmerpreis mit drin.

Zakopane stay

Very disappointing. No where it was mentioned that car or taxi can not go on the road where the hotel is located. You have to carry/drag your suitcases first to the hotel and then to the 4th floor. Can not recommend anybody.

أنيق بلا مصعد وبلا مكيف وبلا تلفون !

الفندق جميل وأثاثه أنيق وجديد والموقع خرافي على شارع التسوق الرئيسي كروبفكي وكل شيء في متناول يدك .. لكن عنده مشاكل كبيرة جعلت تقييمه ينخفض وهو لا يوجد مصعد والأدوار 5 ! ولا يوجد مكيف والجو حار ولا يوجد تلفون يوصلك للاستقبال .
