"We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. "A decent hotel only 10minutes walk from train/bus station 30/40 minutes walk to funeculor to get to old town. Check-in was easy and as we had arrived early to store bags they actually done the check in process then so when we returned later they gave us our key code at same time as bags so could go straight to room. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Bergamo "

"Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport.
