"The hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing ! Beautiful view"

"I liked the Nespresso machine and water bottle in room. Also a few drinks in the fridge which were included (although I don’t drink - but I enjoyed the 2 bottles of water, the Coke Zero and snickers. Not sure if they’ll bring more when they’re done I didn’t ask). Room was cleaned everyday. They forgot tissues and washcloths but brought them up when I asked. Downstairs front desk staff were attentive. Room was a good size with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable. Shower can use something a ledge...

"Location was tremendous Even though the restaurant is operated by a different owner it was excellent. We ate there twice"

"Breakfast is fresh, the front desk staff was always friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Also in a great location with food and shopping nearby. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!"

"Close to Rossio and shopping. Clean property and staff very helpful. Good rooftop bar"

Eleanor was amazing during the tour around the neighborhood. Baixa is flat versus the hills you encounter in the older neighborhoods. All of my additional accommodations were reserved through the hotel which included two private tours to Fatima...
