"Every thing is perfect."

"Clean room. Nice pool area. Reliable shuttle to the airport. Great bell man service. Hot tub was cold. Outside bar/restaurant closed by 5pm on a Saturday. Coffee shop closed at 6 on Saturday and didnt open till after 845am on Sunday. Lastly rooms have thin walls and you hear everything in the hallway. Just saying all this so others are aware."

"This property was a downer. Coming from the US at 1am in the morning in this dark house wasn't the first impression I had imagined. But I understand that it is a very small private property made into a hotel which it is not. It's more like a BnB. Room was small and bathroom was smaller. It's fine for one night at the rate you won't find anything else in town. Airport is pretty far from San Jose city, about an hour outside. This property was only 10 minutes from the airport so that was great."

"The entire trip was messed up because I told them expressively, including Expedia that I was arriving Friday night, but really coming in on the 18th because it would be 1:30 AM. They booked me for the following day with out checking in because I originally had the correct time in there. Not only that I have to find a very expensive hotel just for the evening to rest. I had to eat the charge because they would not reverse charges back and they knew the night before that. That was the wrong evening. I was staying in Los Suenos for the most of my stay. This was only a place to rest and unfortunately, I just paid all that money plus much more for another place."
