Cama ruim, travesseiro ruim, ar condicionado não funciona. Única coisa que salva é a localização, que verdade seja dita, deve ser o hotel com melhor localização em Zaragoza.

Conforto fraco

Vou avaliar conforme costumo, indicando os pontos fortes e fracos na minha opinião. Cabendo a cada um utilizar essas informações como lhes convir. Pontos fortes: sem dúvida a localização é o maior deles, você estará na melhor vista da Basílica e há poucos metros dela e da ponte de pedra. Check in rápido e descomplicado. Atendentes cordiais e solícitos. Pontos fracos: conforto do quarto, cama estava com problemas e a cabeceira caindo. Ar condicionado não funciona, apenas na função ventilador o que sopra um ar quente e abafado. Banheiro pequeno. Não há tomadas ao lado das camas. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Infelizmente por todo esse conjunto que envolve o conforto do quarto, eu procuraria outras opções próximas, uma pena, pois é um bom aparentemente era para ser um bom hotel.

Ubicación perfecta

La ubicación es fabulosa. Cerca del hotel hay peluquerías, supermercado, restaurantes…etc. La atención de todos fue muy formal. Lo recomiendo.

Amazing location with secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Room very basic, but comfortable bed and very clean. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay in Zaragoza. Just over the bridge walking distance from the old town.

非常满意！非常推荐！

风景实在太美了！我们订的家庭房，和双人房价格一样，但位置极佳，正对河流和教堂！酒店楼下就是Mercadona.，买吃的也很方便。另外地理位置也很好，有直达Delicia火车站的公交站，去哪儿几乎都是步行。工作人员还非常耐心地帮我们查询到Belchite的巴士！

OPINIÓN

Es la segunda vez qué me alojo en este hotel, y la verdad qué muy bien, el personal atento y eficaz, el sitio es céntrico y hay un mercadona al lado, el desayuno buffet bien/normalito, lo qué menos me gusta es el aparcamiento... Cuando fuimos no había plaza disponible y tuvimos qué aparcar en el parking Plaza del Pilar.

Perfect hotel

We always stay in this hotel when we visit Zaragoza. It has secure parking under the hotel costing 12 euros per night. It is in walkable distance to the town with all amenities and restaurants. We always ask for a quiet room which is around the back of the hotel on the higher 4th floor instead of a room with views over the river which are quite spectactular, however, they are noisy at times with people talking and a continuous bus service. The rooms are always spotless and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. Everything is perfect here and an excellent price.

Demasiada demora al entrar, falta de personal, encima un poco borde al final de todo por nuestra opinión después de tardar más de media hora en entrar. Y como no éramos clientes suyos (vamos porqué no fuimos a ellos directamente a coger la estancia), bastante favor nos hizo en ponernos en una habitación mirando a la basílica, pero menuda habitación... Bueno para descansar bien el resto... La puerta costaba abrirla, la llave no funcionaban muy bien que se diga... Para se de la cadena que es, que ya he ido a otros de la cadena es decepcionante.

Hotel w idealnym miejscu.

Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted by the Receptionist. The ladies were always helpful. Our requests for a room were taken into account. Typical Ibis, maybe a bit dated. From the room a beautiful view of the cathedral and basilica. At 9 a.m. and in the evening, a song was played from the speakers of the church. A very charming place.
