"The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. "Beautiful riad in a perfect location in the medina. Close to the outer walls, convenient for airport drop off and pick up. We also booked two activities and were picked up about 5 minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Spotless room and relaxing communal areas. There is a tourist tax on departure which we didn’t know about but less than £20 for 4 nights."
