"The hotel is stylish and centrally located. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues during our stay, and neither was resolved. First, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, it sounded like a plane was landing and ran that way throughout our entire stay. I reported the issue in person to the front desk within 2 hours of checking in to see if it would resolve itself, I was told that someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done.
