"Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made."

Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi.
A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "
