"A clean comfortable room with all the necessities provided. Fantastic location. Very happy."

"Everything was good, not excellent. Our rooms parking space was the only one not right by our room. Kitchen was ok, but only had a large chef knife. A paring knife or serrated knife would have been better for my fruit and veggies and baguette. Random ants in the kitchen (not by food) Breaker turned off when using the toaster. Refrigerator froze my fruit and my yougurt:o(. Bed softer than we like. Hubby loved the deep bath tub. Did not see the Hot Tub if there was one. WE were there for 4...

"I’ve stayed here before and the room sizes always blow me away, they are so spacious. The beds are super comfortable and plush. Check in was so quick and easy and the team are super friendly. The room was clean but I little run down, but I’d definitely stay here again."

"Foreshore view, large clean comfortable room, easy 5 minute walk to the main shops along the foreshore. Host was very friendly, helpful and informative pointing out places of interest and great dining options. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely stay here again."

"Staff/host was friendly to talk to. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Good amenities and great location. Loved that we could bring our pet and had no hassles at all. Quiet location too. Only 5 mins drive to Napier city, very close to walks and beach. "

"Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return! "

"Nice hotel in Napier. The bedroom was a bit dated but the bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable but beware - if you are tall there is a very off light fixture over the bed that branches out and was quite low. Good location across from a grocery store and walking distance to many restaurants."

"Great stay, perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. Loved the addition of a spa and washing and dryer and loved how the room had a split level. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here. The only downside however, was that at bedtime we could hear what sounded like the washing machine/dryer from the rooms nearby, but thankfully the beds were comfy so we still got a nice sleep. And there were areas in the kitchen that had some spills that werent wiped down properly. Overall...
