"近くの施設で行われたカンファレンスに参加するため宿泊しました。ブランデンブルク空港からも近く、トラムの駅も目の前にあり、電車・バスの駅も近くて移動が便利でした。 Googleの口コミには「夜18時過ぎの無人チェックインがわかりにくい」とありました。宿泊24時間前に連絡が来るとのことでしたが来ず、トランジット先でメールを催促したらすぐに返信がありました。その後は問題なかったです。 目の前は大きなスーパー、近所にはおいしいイタリアン、朝や昼には教会の鐘が鳴るなど、とてもドイツらしい日々を過ごすことが出来ました。またカンファレンスに参加することがあればこのアパートに泊まりたいです。"

"What I liked: I loved everything about the property! It had a great layout, spacious rooms, and a lovely outdoor area. What was unique: The unique feature for me was the overall vibe and design—it felt really modern yet cozy. What I didn’t like: The only downside was the grill; it didn’t seem as functional or appealing as the rest of the property. "

"部屋は綺麗でバルコニーからの眺めも良く、Reweで買い物をして部屋で調理ができるので経済的です。バス停が近いので、鉄道やトラムの駅まではバスでの移動が便利です。総合的に良かったのですが、注意点が２つ有ります。建物の出入り口は暗証番号で開錠しますが、ホテルから送られるメールをよく読みましょう。部屋の暗証番号なども書いてますが、暗証番号は複数あるので、そのうちの１つが建物の出入り口の暗証番号だということを覚えておきましょう。WiFiがつながってないとメールを受信できない人は特に注意が必要です。２つ目は、３泊以上の連泊でも、用意されているタオルは２セットしか有りません。地下に洗濯機が有るので、洗って使うか、持参しないと使用済みのタオルを繰り返し使用することになります。またベルリンに行くことがあれば、次回も利用したいと思います。"

"Die Kommunikation war super, kurzfristig gebuchter Parkplatz im Hof wurde organisiert. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Jedoch war im Zimmer ein erheblicher Wasserschaden erkennbar, von dem wir im Vorfeld keine Information erhalten haben, Wände sahen feucht aus, über ein großes Wandstück wurde eine Papierabdeckung aufgeklebt - das war sehr unschön und verunsicherte uns, ob sich darunter ggf. Feuchtigkeit oder gar Schimmel befand. Eine Vorabinformation des Hotels über diesen Schaden...

"The room was very very small and the shower was so small you couldn't move or lift your elbows without touching the walls or the door. Also, cleaning is not included and it's an extra fee, unless you stay for longer than 8 nights and then you get 1 cleaning."

"Great aparthotel. Even had a washer in suite which was great. A drying rack would be good to add. It was close enough to walk to most places and if not the train or bus were within 100m of the property. "
