"A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated.
Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."

"I was very disappointed with my stay and honestly expected a much better experience.
When I arrived for check-in, the employee did not clearly explain how to get to the first floor or where to take the elevator, which made the arrival confusing.
The room was extremely small, much smaller than what was shown in the photos online. It felt cramped and did not match my expectations.
There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is a basic amenity many hotels provide.
