Beste Gerben, Allereerst wil ik u bedanken dat u de tijd heeft genomen om ons te voorzien van deze feedback. Hier kunnen wij ons alleen maar van verbeteren. Fijn om te horen dat u tijdens uw verblijf heeft kunnen genieten van onze locatie en onze bediening. Onze gast en zijn/haar beleving staat bij ons centraal, jammer om te vernemen dat dit voor u bij de receptie niet helemaal zo is overgekomen. Wat betreft de kamers heeft u gelijk. Deze zijn inderdaad wat verouderd en wij hopen onze renovatieplannen zo snel mogelijk te kunnen hervatten. Dit is door corona tijdelijk op pauze gezet.
