"The staff were great! They prepared sandwiches for us before we headed to the airport at 5am. But the best part about the staff was they turned on the A/C for us when typically they don't turn on the A/C during the this time of the year (late Spring). Great airport hotel."

I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. "The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"The Elysian Airport Hotel was extremely comfortable. We had an overnight on our way home and this Hotel had everything we could have asked for. Clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom, plenty of space. The staff were helpful and the restaurant section had an extensive menu for all meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient overnight stop in Istanbul. "

"had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel restaurant was very good, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. I also experienced a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at the hotel, which was a highlight of my stay. "The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "
