"The spa was one of the primary reasons the I booked and it did not disappoint. I received a haircut that was fantastic and used all the facilities multiple times a day. I also loved the club on the 19 floor (incredible views, good food, great staff, and a place to relax). The daily breakfast on the 19 floor far exceeed my expectations in terms of food options, the staff and once again views. I went there most days to catch the sunrise which was life affirming. When interacting with the staff (front desk - Nina, and concierge- Gasper) they were extremely professional, helpful, and showed genuine concern about meeting and far exceeding my expectations. They also added a beautiful personal touch. I have been to 30 countries and your hotel is not only stunning but well ran and client focused. I will be back and I will also recommend it to all my friends and colleagues that visit. Thank you for being one of the best parts of my incredible trip. Joseph Lucero Ps. "Exceptional hospitality and stunning views! We received the warmest welcome we could have ever imagined. A huge thank you to Anja at reception; she made us feel right at home the moment we stepped inside. She truly went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect and even arranging a special surprise for my birthday—a gesture that made our stay unforgettable! The entire team is friendly and professional, but a special shout-out goes to the Chef in the main dining room. As vegans, we sometimes find buffets limiting, but the Chef was incredibly accommodating, preparing a delicious, bespoke vegan meal for our main dish for us almost every evening. Shame the soups, starters (except the salads & obvious steamed mixed vegetables) and desserts (excepts fruits) are all non-vegan. They could have at least prepared 1 cake out out 5 or 7 cakes made as vegan. The facilities are top-notch; the pools and jacuzzis are pristine and well-maintained. There is nothing quite like a morning swim while soaking in those iconic views of Lake Bled and the castle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway! But there’s no gym so that’s one star less and the vegan selection for dinner buffet. "

"Room very basic in terms of amenities. Absolutely no frills. Tiny duvet, small towels, poor lighting. On the plus side clean and good location. "

"The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was huge and clean, however there were no drawers, so we lived out of our suitcases. We were disappointed the spa/pool was closed, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. When I checked back, it was in small print at the bottom of the booking that it was closed the whole of April and I hadn’t seen this. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre of Ljubljana. We would stay here again. "

"Rooms simple, but clean and comfy beds. Location is fantastic and the breakfast very good. Hotel has a rather clinical / industrial feel throughout. Swimming pool on the top floor is good, however I would avoid the park spa (I am not sure the masseuse are formally trained). I understand the Thai massage on the ground floor is a better choice. Overall, 4 star is about right. 5 stars for location and breakfast, 4 for the rooms and 2 for the spa experience "
