Khách sạn Zerkegem

"As always, super helpful & friendly staff. Very comfy bed, large quiet rooms with good food & drinks."

"Hotel was lovely. Marco was very helpful and served a great breakfast. Room was large size, comfortable. Would stay again."

"Goed bereikbaar, schoon en netjes, vriendelijk personeel. Helaas fout bij inchecken, waardoor creditcard 2x belast werd. En het bedrag is na 3 weken nog niet terugbetaald. Ook geen antwoord gekregen op email aan het hotelbedrijf."

"Super netjes. Goed ontbijt, lunch, diner. Heel vriendelijke mensen"

"Parking was easy, staff were really lovely on check in. Room was comfy and fit 2 adults and 2 children nicely. Breakfast was delightful- lots to choose from and the ability to make mimosas was too good to pass up on! As we left, the children asked when we’d be back!"

"Ambiance belle époque très agréable, décoration sobre et raffinée."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. "Family of 4 staying in one of the Suites. Lots of space, clean and tidy. The children really enjoyed the amount of space they had compared to some of the commerial hotel rooms. Parking was great and only a 10 minute drive to the city."

"Onthaal uitstekend, kamer uitstekend en net, ontbijt uitstekend, klein probleempje met warm water maar na 1/2 uurtje en correcte communicatie was er terug heet water. DE ligging en het totale concept aansluitend de correcte prijs, kun je dit een Top hotel noemen."

"No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty."

"Breakfast is lovely, lots of choices. My room is wonderful although the bathroom tiles needs more thorough clean as there are black spots in some area. As someone who has allergy, I need to be careful. Otherwise I will recommend this hotel."

"We had a terrible start to our stay. The room we were in smelt of sewage. We asked to move but there wasn't a room available until the next day. We were provided with an air freshener to help. We were moved but not until 3pm. This meant we had to shower in the smell which wasn't pleasant. Unfortunately, we were not offered a discount but free breakfast. We don't eat breakfast so it wasn't very helpful for us. Some form of discount would have been very helpful for a night of an unpleasant smell."
