"The location is very good. Many shops nearby, public parking space, the Ören beach was awesome and free. There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. "As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "
