"Clean room and hotel was convenient for my short stay. Staff were very professional, warm and responsive and I would like to make a special mention of the young gentleman who helped me when I had issues connecting to WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and patiently helped me to identify why I was unable to connect to WiFi. He made me feel valued as a customer and it is staff like him that really make a stay memorable and I am very grateful. Great location near...

"The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. "

"This place is fantastic! Right by the Avatar peaks, with stunning views. The pools are so refreshing, the breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle is a huge plus. The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. 10/10 would stay again!"
