"The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. "It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."
"This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at in China! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They dropped us off and picked us up from Tianmen Mountain, and woke up early to drop us off at the train station. We are SO thankful for all of their help and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. They also have the cutest cats ever and their dinner is so good!! I highly recommend staying here, you will find the BEST and most caring staff."
