"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."

"The bed was so soft, and the room was clean — not fancy at all, but super comfortable. They even have an iron, washing machine, dryer, and a small gym. Right after I booked, Jay reached out, added me on WhatsApp, sent me maps, made a whole itinerary, and booked all my tickets. Everything went super smoothly.
