"The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. "The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of both American and Chinese dishes. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from Tianmen Mountain, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also provides a complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a five-star stay, and I would highly recommend it."
"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."

"I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!"
