Smoking in the fitness changing rooms !?

Older looking rooms could do with a renovation. Guests in the pool fitness area changing rooms were smoking ! Staff were all super friendly

Was gonna do 4 stars, but since I've been traveling to China for business the last 15 years this JW is actually excellent. The building's architecture and interiors are nice and something that always indicates attention to detail for me is daily fresh flowers everywhere. The gym is fairly equipped, and the staff are gracious and do their best to accommodate your needs. Subway is close by and the breakfast buffet is pretty good but leans to local tastes, which I like, more than Western dishes. Didn't try the Grill or Man Ho.

Loved my view. It was really beautiful. Staff were really nice, except for the check in desk. A bit rude at times. Concierge and cleaning crew were awesome, very nice people. The last night i had to call 20 times to try to get ice from room. I had to go by the elevators before they even picked up. If you are an American or foreigner especially a woman, the Chinese come first. Upon exchanging money, i was interrupted everytime someone wanted something from the hotel desk. Customer Service wasn't really the strong key here with the exception of the Concierge and cleaning staff..

A rude experience at Marriott Zhengzhou

The fireworks light up the place nightly as it is the Chinese New Year period. Breakfast was rather simple and not that lavish compared to other 5 stars hotel. Check out was rather messy even though there were less than 5 people but the Chinese just jumped the queue without a blink and the counter staff don't bothered at all. Managed to pass my key cards to a lady relationship staff Ms Ming and informed her about the non culture action.

The refund is not happening right away, and the hotel has no emails that i can contact in English (i cant speak Chinese at all, so cannot talk with them over the phone). The hotels.com reservation number is 72058305084103, could you please check the current status with the hotel?

Camere non insonorizzate.. Addirittura il fumo da sigaretta della stanza accanto arrivava nella mia tanto da dover cambiare stanza a mezzanotte perché l aria era irrespirabile e il personale non ha fatto nulla per far smettere i vicini, nonostante la struttura sia classificata come Smoking Free!!!

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble

Séjour confortable, excellent petit déjeuner et lounge très agréable. Quelques bémols : changement obligatoire d’ascenseur pour le parking et pour la piscine. Les equipments en chambre (prises électriques) sont très abîmées. Le wifi fonctionnait mal le premier soir. Nous n’avons pas eu la reservation prévue (vue lac) car il ne restait que des chambres fumeurs dans cette catégorie.
