Birthday stay

This is a fabulous and new hotel.The room was spacious and bathroom was superb, clean and tidy at all times with a big bath tub, loved it! The pool and gym was well equipped and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. Jerry their concierge was spot on with all enquiries and aspects and was very friendly. Will definitely stay again

Disappointed

Booked a room for 3 adults but got 2 breakfast only. Successfully checked in 3 adults but hotel insisted they under charged in the booking system so could not offer the 3rd breakfast. A bit ridiculous!! On the first morning only 2 of us enjoyed the breakfast. On the 2nd morning they were willing to give us the 3rd breakfast but we decided to check out early. Totally disappointed when you bear the name Le Meriden. Sorry but never never stay again.

the property is very new and looks good, however the software still need to upgrade. We went to have breakfast in the morning down to café and it serves buffet which has relative good spread however, there is no waitering at all. no waiters or waitress at sight so we need to find a table that has placement of fork and knife. Lot of dirty tables that were not clear off. Went to Chinese restaurant and food is quite good and there were enough people serving so that was good. We have ordered some room service, the food is quite good however the floor of my suite is full of stains from the table rollers and shoes of the person that deliver the food so they must have pass through area of dirt before they came in our room so that need to be look at.
