HOTEL.COM 是垃圾

垃圾的服務，極差的預訂經驗，選擇的係到店付款，在酒店付款後，後來發現信用卡同時被扣了相同款項，追討後，退回的費用比住房費(信用卡扣取費用)少，打回HOTEL.COM,當時客服十分悔氣，話冇辦法，可以唔再選擇HOTEL.COM, 亦可以投訴，甚至去消委會告佢。

位置很好

房間很大, 位置非常好, 在中旅巴士總站旁, 大堂職員很有禮貌. 但早餐較愻色, 入座安排差, 我們2人入座, 其中一人要留守枱子, 不可同時2人出去拿食物, 否則枱子會被其他人佔據.

It's good for biz trip.

I stay alone, and I can find a lot of coffe shop, convenience store and so one. I can stay smoothly, but the bath room(shower booth) is not clean, there was a mold. except this, the others are commons good.

Only 1 set of breakfast provided!!!

Good location BUT we didn't get 2 sets of continental breakfasts as promised. The staff said it was the website's problem to show that 2 sets per room and actually only 1 set is provided for a double bed superior room.

在Expedia 訂三間雙床的，但到check in 竟然變成一床房！我們共七人，最後要冇任何選擇下唯有選擇其中一間套房，但因為我爸爸需要坐輪椅，不能上樓梯，唯有在套房樓下睡，但又只有梳化冇床，故唯有加錢加床！ 我不滿是他們櫃枱服務人員態度，明明是有問題，但只說Expedia 不是他們的中介代表，所以訂了也不會一定有的，不道歉，不友善，又要多付一陪價錢，下次不會住！

網上先book，比到酒店時價錢是平易多 可特别要求高層向球场景，靓極！ 香港直通巴站就在则，自由行方便，酒店坐的士到各石岐旅遊區都方便，晚上吃個饭後到世運球场跳個廣场舞有趣！

有落差！

在網上訂房時Deluxe Apartment Room的面積有55平方米，及包括早餐，說明不要吸煙房間及有2成人和1小童入住。 但到酒店時，前枱說只包1人早餐，房間是吸煙尾房，面積大約30多平方。 落差很大！投訴後，前枱才升級到豪華房間，但另外2人的早餐仍要補錢！

網站提供房間資料係兩張單人床及一張雙人床(應該係網站錯)，但去到酒店房間係兩張單人床或一張雙人床。訂房網站列名non-smoking，結果畀咗間煙房我哋，好在同客服講都可以換房，大概都ok的。
