"Breakfast is decent. Staff is nice, very helpful. But this property is a 2+ or 3 * hotel, could not be a 4* hotel."

"Rooms are extremely small, you can barely even fit a suitcase in the room. You have to put the sheets for the bed on yourself (which are too small and a pain to do). They don’t provide towels so you must either prepare one yourself or rent one. There are bugs in the shower and no amenities, so make sure to bring your own things. There is a strange smell in the room too, not bad, but definitely a funk. Not a terrible place to stay for the price but I would suggest spending your money on a nicer accommodation."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant. My room was spacious with a decent design that felt comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort—I’d happily stay here again."

"My first room had visible black mold, including areas where the mold had been covered by wall paper. It smelled horribly but having arrived from the US I was too exhausted to ask for a new room the first night. I was politely moved to a different room the next day & supplied with a dehumidifier. It was an improvement but even running constantly it was never less than 65% humidity & musty smell. Despite the kindness of the staff, I wouldn’t recommend because of the issues with mold & mildew."

Location is awesome to with it being close to the train station and many other spots I like to visit. I have stayed with this hotel every time I come to Taichung and will continue to stay there on up coming trips."
