"From checkin to checkout and everything in between - zero complaints. Checkin was friendly, fast and efficient, the room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms stocked, clean and tidy. On my first day there I had lost an earring without being aware of it. The next day, there was my earring by the sink - they had found it on the floor and set it in plain sight for me to find. The restaurant staff did such a great job. The service was top notch and they made you feel welcome. After a couple days they remembered your name and room number. Utilizing the pool and beach amenities along the most beautiful beach was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. "

"Walking in to this hotel felt like something out of a movie. It felt luxurious and exclusive. The room was the right size and had a beautiful view. We included our breakfast in our stay and it was superb. It was buffet style with great options of food. The pool was a bit of a walk to get to but no complaints cus you enjoy a great view and are surrounded by so many trees. It felt like walking through the jungle to a hidden waterfall. "

"Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. "Clean comfortable amazing place! Isaac and JP are great servers. However, the pool drink service was a little slower this year and could use a little improvement with some of the other staff. Otherwise very happy with this place."
