"All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator."

"When booking, the staff found an adjacent room for our family. This was helpful because of small children. They were very responsive to our needs and requests. The room was clean.
