"Nothing good to say about this property"

"Nice location right on the beach. Difficult to find, drive into parking lot is very rough. The beach is rocking right in front of the hotel. Good restaurant on the property. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were good."

"This is the most chill, relaxing, friendly place in the entire costa azul area"

"Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid."
