"Room was clean, only that that i didn't like was the position of the toilet. Couldn't sit straight and made it uncomfortable to use. Ocean view was amazing, I loved it! As far as pool, they are all beautiful but not well maintained. They looked dirty, the water looked green! It had lots of missing tiles. The swim out pool lounge chairs smelled like mildew and the mildew was visible.
All staff members were very attentive and friendly! Luis Martinez and Adrian Rojas had great customer service"
