"The BWP has this weird policy where they claim they dont clean the rooms due to "COVID". Frankly, this is just because they dont want to hire cleaning staff -- ie they are being cheap. For the Plus brand, i dont see how this is a good idea. We had to ask multiple times for basic cleaning of the room, towel replacement, toilet roll replacement, etc. For 7 nights, they never once swept the floor or did a thorough clean of the bathroom. It is not the staff - they said this is BWP POLICY...

"Overall, a great place! Good staff and breakfast was better than most places. Unfortunately, the bed was just really firm and uncomfortable. Also, the sink would take ages to drain and the body soap wasn't refilled before we checked in. Just little criticisms for an overall great experience!"
