"The hotel is on a quiet lane just off the main square, quiet and close to sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchen area, would be convenient if staying longer. Luggage can be stored by the reception (also for a small museum). We arrived late around 10pm, no reception any more, but received detailed instruction to get the key from the lock by the door. Would appreciate the info earlier as we informed the hotel beforehand that we would arrive late, and were worried how to get in...

"No one provides us the key box code before our arrival. Luckily there's someone happened to open the door at the moment when we arrived. I guess he is the staff and he gave us the key after I presented the email about our booking. "

"We had booked a space that was supposed to sleep 6 people (3 couples) but the pull out couch seemed to be broken and wouldn't pull out at all. Thankfully one of the couples had to cancel and we didn't need it. There was a twin bed in a small room off the master bedroom, awkwardly through a closet or other small room, that had a window but no curtain.
