"The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, the room was very clean and comfortable. You can cross the street and be at the beach in less than a minute, there’s an Oxxo( chain convenience store) a few feet away and a Chedraui. Easy getting in n out to any part of Acapulco. "

"They were renovating the hotel . So there were lots of noice at night until 9 - 10 pm . There was a storm and water was dripping inside the room . Overall this hotel will be great to stay after there done remodeling it . It’s just in front of the ocean and very nice view if you have the ocean view room . It’s walkable , easy transportation to the zocalo . "

"The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish."

"Staff was super friendly, not too crowded with guests. The hotel is located along a hill so you get a wonderful view of the coastline. Air conditioning was great, rooms were probably cleaned and the private pool was a great addition to have. Recommend going to the hotel pool early to grab a spot. "
