"Good, solid hotel experience in Guatemala City. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and spacious. The included breakfast buffet is a nice touch. The room came with two complimentary bottles of water when I arrived. The rooftop hot tub looks inviting, although I didn’t get the chance to use it. The hotel floors and rooms require a key card to activate elevator access, which makes it feel safe. Overall, it’s a good choice based on the price and location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Forgot to mention, the area nearby can be noisy in the evening as there are clubs, bars and entertainment venues nearby. I don't mind noise, so it is not a problem for me. But if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. "

"Our family stay was wonderful at the hotel. Service at hotel was amazing very attentive and helpful. The room was on the smaller size but was very clean and accommodated us with 2 beds for 4 people as other hotels wanted us to get 2 separate rooms. The restaurant for breakfast at hotel was delicious (not the buffet one). Wish the pool was heated for the little ones but my son still got in, we also went in February so it’s a little chillier at nights.my son loved the playground and bubbles they were offering for kids activities. Place was also a 8 minute walk to main park. Would def stay here again."
